Savoy Cabbage

(Serves 6-8)

  • 1 large head of Savoy cabbage
  • Water for steaming
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Clean, section, and steam cabbage until tender, but firm
  2. Drain water, leaving a ½ cup
  3. Add oil and spices
  4. Stir through cabbage
  5. Continue to steam until tender
  6. Serve
