Savoy Cabbage
(Serves 6-8)
- 1 large head of Savoy cabbage
 - Water for steaming
 - ¾ cup oil
 - 2 - 3 cloves garlic
 - Salt, pepper
 
- Clean, section, and steam cabbage until tender, but firm
 - Drain water, leaving a ½ cup
 - Add oil and spices
 - Stir through cabbage
 - Continue to steam until tender
 - Serve
