Tomato Salad
(Serves 4)
- 5 - 6 1i1edium to matoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 - 4 fresh long green hot peppers - diced
- 5 - 6 leaves fresh basil - chopped
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves - minced
- ΒΌ cup oil
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
- Serve with fresh Italian bread for "dunking"
