White Clam Sauce

(Serves 6)

  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 bottles Clam broth
  • 2 - 3 cans chopped clams, liquid may be added
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Saute garlic in oil until golden
  2. Add water, clam broth and seasonings
  3. Simmer 10 - 15 min.
  4. Serve on pasta
