White Clam Sauce
(Serves 6)
- ½ cup oil
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 cup water
- 2 bottles Clam broth
- 2 - 3 cans chopped clams, liquid may be added
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Saute garlic in oil until golden
- Add water, clam broth and seasonings
- Simmer 10 - 15 min.
- Serve on pasta
