Anchovie Sauce

(Serves 4)

  • ½ cup oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cans anchovies - drained and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley - chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Saute garlic in oil until golden
  2. Add water anchovies and seasonings
  3. Simmer 10-15 min.
  4. Serve on pasta
