Anchovie Sauce
(Serves 4)
- ½ cup oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 cups water
- 2 cans anchovies - drained and chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley - chopped
- Pepper to taste
- Saute garlic in oil until golden
- Add water anchovies and seasonings
- Simmer 10-15 min.
- Serve on pasta
