Meatballs

(Serves 4)

  • 1 lb. ground lean beef
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • Parsley, salt, pepper
  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves - minced
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Form into ~ 2" meatballs
  3. Fry in medium fry pan - adding oil if necessary
  4. Use as desired in Spaghetti sauce

If meatball mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tbs. of water
