Spaghetti
Using commercial pasta machine
- Cut ½" slice of dough from dough ball
- Lightly flour slice on both sides
- Press through pasta machine on thickest setting - making a long flat piece of dough
- Press through machine on middle, then thin setting to get desired thickness
- Press finished piece - that now resembles a long piece of
- Lasagna noodle, through the spaghetti cutter on pasta machine.
- Once spaghetti noodles are cut, lay_ on floured surface, separating strands
- Add additional flour if needed to keep strands from sticking
- Cook fresh pasta in boiling water~ 3-5 minutes
- Serve with desired sauce
