Manicotti
- 1 box Manicotti
- Ricotta, mixed as for Raviolas (see Raviola Recipe)
- spaghetti sauce
- Par boil Manicotti - until firm but pliable (al dente)
- Drain well
- Fill with ricotta cheese mixture
- Place in shallow roast pan, with sauce covering bottom of pan
- Cover with sauce
- Bake ~1 hour at 375°F
