Roast Chicken Pieces w/ Potatoes
(Serves 4)
- 8 chicken pieces
- 4 large potatoes - peeled and cut into wedges
- ¼ cup oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic, parsley to taste
- Place chicken pieces in roastin pan with oil.
- Roast in oven, 425°F, 15 min to begin browning
- Turn chicken and add potatoes and seasonings.
- Continue to roast at 375°F until chicken and potatoes are cooked, ~45 min.
