Biscott
- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups oil
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 3½ cups flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tbs Anise Seeds
- Mix well
- Grease 9 x 13 cookie sheet
- Bake 25 minutes at 375°F
- Cool slightly
- Slice
- Place cut side down on a cookie sheet
- Put in 375°F.oven until roasted
